Finis! Tomorrow is my 60th birthday! I completed this exercise, despite many days of no photographs. Thankfully, there are memes! It's been fun to review these images; most of them bring back memories of that entire day. Highlights, of course, are gatherings with friends, because that's what it's really all about, right? I love reviewing our various travels and camping trips, remembering both the anticipated and even better, the unexpected, moments that make these trips something to remember for the rest of my life. What about those days of pickleball outdoors when it's 45 degrees (perfect!), laughing with a cross-section of people from all walks of life who have the common interest in hitting a whiffle ball with a paddle. Crafting with my dear, dear friends...I can't even begin to express how yarn means more to me than colorful string. How about learning how to sew? Finally! Something I've wanted to do for years, and this year....check! Meeting new grand-nieces, and seeing all of the "grands" on trips home to Minnesota; they all show spunk and character, parented by my beloved nieces and nephews. Spending virtually every day appreciating my husband, who makes me laugh and drives me crazy at the same time; what would I do without him? My beloved dog; watching her go from 14 to 15 years old, significantly changing yet staying the same sweet, entitled, funny self. How many days did I wake up and look at her, grateful for her face, her eyes, her chunky toes...loving the sound of her eating and lapping up water....everything she does is a joy to me.
